     访问Google Voice页面出现Unable to access google product（无法访问Google产品）或出现Unlock Premium feature要付费，或手机Voice的APP上打开提示：你无法使用此账号访问Google Voice ,这意味着你的Google Voice号码已被封，需通过申述解封恢复GV功能。

为什么Google Voice会被封号？

Google Voice官方条款规定谷歌Voice是给美国用户使用的。非美国地区居民使用属于灰色地带，靠的是模拟美国当地用户的上网环境。

下面是主要的封号原因，任何之一都有可能触发封号，谷歌封号不会提供原因，所以只靠猜测。

• 发送短信，拨打营销骚扰电话或者发短信，发一条短信就可能导致GV被封。

目前，单纯找谷歌申诉目前很难恢复GV，需要先向谷歌官方申诉，然后同步再向美国FCC投诉。

申请结果，下图是申诉后成功恢复Google Voice账户的邮件，通常是说不给恢复，我们继续放大招。

以下是申诉失败时的回复，目前只找谷歌官方投诉，比较难恢复，能否成功全看运气，所以我需要给谷歌施加压力，向美国政府机关FCC（美国联邦通信委员会）投诉。

接着向美国FCC投诉， FCC即美国联邦通信委员会，FCC有权管辖美国境内的电信运营商，

以上填写完毕后，提交，会跳转到 https://consumercomplaints.fcc.g ... to=%2Fhc%2Frequests 并在右上角显示 Your request was successfully submitted.

然后之前留的邮箱会收到FCC（ consumercomplaints@fcc.gov ）发来的受理邮件，给了Ticket No.如下

第二天 FCC / 美国联邦通信委员会将投诉转给运营商谷歌

第三天收到运营商谷歌的回复

如何避免GV被封号？

• 不要发短信，目前发短信或者回复他人短信容易封GV
• 尽量选购 Google Voice老号，老号通常更稳定些
